k333 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement Pakistan

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the k333 platform — whether through a browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If there is any part of these Terms that you do not agree with, please do not use k333.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and k333. They apply to all aspects of the platform including sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, Teen Patti and card games, virtual sports, fishing games, VIP Club participation, and all bonus and promotional offers.

k333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered members will be notified via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of k333 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use k333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k333 does not permit access to any member who is under 18, and we take this requirement extremely seriously.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is permitted under applicable laws.
• You must be registering and betting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, organisation, or third party.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion arrangement with k333 or any affiliated platform.

Age Verification: k333 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your membership. This typically includes a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended until the required documents are provided. Any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

k333 uses industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. These are not designed to be obstacles — they protect all members from fraud and ensure the platform remains safe for everyone.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on k333. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any misrepresentation — including providing a false name, date of birth, or address — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds.

Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k333 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. k333 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All transactions on k333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (all Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your k333 account immediately in most cases. IBFT and bank card deposits may take up to one business hour to appear, depending on your bank's processing speed.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed by k333 in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method in your own name — matching the name on your k333 account.
• k333 does not charge any processing fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees — check with Easypaisa or JazzCash directly for their current fee schedules.
• k333 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made with bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

Declined Deposits: If your deposit is declined, contact your payment provider first as the issue is most likely on their end. If the problem persists, contact k333 support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

Once a bet has been confirmed on k333, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. Please review your selections, odds, and stake carefully before confirming. The bet confirmation screen shows your full stake and potential return — you must confirm this screen for the bet to be placed.

Settlement: k333 settles all bets as soon as the official result is confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this is typically within minutes of the final ball or official result announcement. For football, settlement follows the final whistle of regular time plus added time unless the specific market (e.g., extra time, penalties) specifies otherwise.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void (stake returned, no profit or loss) in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
• There is a demonstrable technical error in the odds pricing that does not reflect a genuine market price (clearly incorrect pricing).
• The event result is officially reversed or amended by the governing body after initial settlement.
• The bet was placed after the event had already started in cases where the live market was unavailable and the pre-match market was erroneously still open.

Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to a maximum cap which varies by sport and market type. Details of maximum payout limits are displayed in the bet confirmation screen and in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.

k333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Pakistani members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion, plus the general bonus terms below. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified time window stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All sports betting bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x). The wagering requirement must be met within the stated period before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some game types contribute at lower rates. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of an internet disconnection during a card game session, k333's system will attempt to manage your hand according to a pre-defined disconnection protocol. Where possible, your last confirmed action will be maintained. k333 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from connection failures on the member's side.

The k333 VIP Club is a loyalty programme that rewards members for continued activity across all platform sections including sports betting, card games, and virtual sports. VIP points are awarded based on wagered amounts and accumulate toward tier qualification.

VIP Tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier benefits include weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal speed priority, exclusive promotions, and personal account management at higher tiers. Full benefit details are displayed in the VIP Club section.

• VIP points are awarded on settled bets and completed game rounds only — pending bets and bonus-funded wagers may have different point accumulation rates.
• Tier qualification is assessed on a rolling period basis. Members who do not maintain the minimum activity required for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier at the next assessment.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the preceding calendar week and credited to accounts on Mondays. Cashback funds carry no wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.

Account Suspension: k333 may suspend or restrict your account temporarily where:

• Identity or age verification documents are outstanding and required.
• Unusual account activity has been detected that may indicate fraud or a security breach.
• A dispute is under active investigation.

Account Termination: You may close your k333 account at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed, real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. k333 may permanently close an account where prohibited conduct has been established, where the account cannot be verified, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other members or the platform.

Governing Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and k333. They supersede all previous agreements, representations, or understandings whether written or oral.
